Urn vaults have become a standard requirement in cemeteries, ensuring a consistent level of care for cremation burials by mandating the use of an Outer Burial Container (OBC). Similar to their counterparts for full-body burials, cremation vaults provide protection against soil settling and prevent intrusion by roots and wildlife.
